You know it's not "real" weight though! I mean you didn't gain 8 pounds of *fat*. A few days of focused effort and getting Aunt Flo to pack her bags and go elsewhere (to my house, by the way. She's scheduled here very soon...) and you'll be right back where you should be, give or take a pound or two. You've got this :)
