My hard work is finally reflecting on the scale (this week anyhow!)! I had to weigh-in quickly since it was almost 6am and the little
Anyhow, I've been changing up my workouts. I've been cutting back a bit on the arc trainer and adding hill hikes on the treadmill which have been kicking my butt, along with a more intense interval run and some strength training sessions. I've also been trying to keep so much food from passing my lips! Thank God the nice weather is coming and the appetite will naturally decrease with the heat. I'm looking forward to eating a lot more salads for lunch and dinner as well as enjoying more daylight to be walking or running outside. Today I decided to walk to the gym instead of taking the car. That was a 1 mile walk in 18 minutes. After coming home and taking a shower, I went back out and walked to the post office which was another 1.4 mile walk in 22 minutes. That's on top of the work I did in the gym. Can NOT complain about a 65* day in the middle of March! I should be dragging out the rakes soon and hitting those workouts! Major calorie burn!!
