I did the fit test. Hello REALITY CHECK!!! I'm pretty aerobically fit, but when it comes to my strength... weakling! Push-up jacks? Can't do those on your knees! Just one "regular" push-up and my arms were quivering. Some of the exercises I couldn't even do one with perfect form, and I'm supposed to count how many I did to compare to the NEXT fitness test? Gee, should be major improvement there! And today I'm supposed to go stay with my brother who just had hip-replacement surgery so my s-i-l can go to jury duty. I'll be the one needing the walker!!!
