The scrape on the left was already there. |
The guy finally gets out of his car after rummaging through his glove box (probably looking for his non-existent insurance card) and says really slowly "You ok?" English is definitely not his first language. Myself and the two kids are fine, thank God! Good thing we were coming out of church, huh? Although, this will give my son another reason why we SHOULDN'T go to church! Twice in mass he mouthed to me "THIS SUCKS!" Anyway, we assessed the damage (he had none) and I decided to just go. Later on, Charlie tells me that while I was outside the car he cursed! (Mind you he's 15 but I don't allow him to curse. He SAYS he doesn't and that he thinks the "F-word" is disgusting.) He asked his sister if he should tell me he cursed and Chelsea told him no, that I would be mad! He tells everyone at my parents' house that he said "WHAT A D-HEAD!" Of course he used the actual word. Well, he was right. Can't fault him on that!
I can't believe that happened to you! I'm so glad everyone is okay that's scary! Haha Charlie was right!
ReplyDeleteGeez that sucks. Seems like some people are more concerned with everything BUT the road!
ReplyDeleteSo glad everyone is okay!
Wow, that is scary! Glad you are all alright!
ReplyDeleteOh man! So sorry your new baby got hurt!! Glad you guys are ok though.
ReplyDeleteOh your poor car! So glad you weren't hurt. Tell your son that it probably would have been worse if you hadn't gone to mass. =)
ReplyDeleteWhat a bummer!! I can't believe you just let it go... I would have made him pay to fix it!
