Being filmed is definitely great incentive to stay focused on eating right and continuing to exercise hard. I started Insanity again yesterday, with my own set. I did the Fit Test. My third time around with it (you do it every two weeks) and I'm definitely seeing progress! I didn't think I was in imminent danger AT ALL during the workout! AND the number of reps I could complete in the 1 minute allotted for each of the 8 exercises increased! It might have been by only a couple of reps, but it was improvement, none the less!
I didn't get to run outside yesterday since it was a torrential downpour, so I ran on the treadmill. 4.7 miles in 45 minutes and my hip isn't killing me! My first 5k of the year is one month from today!!!

The movie is definitely a motivator for me to stay focused - between that and the marathon, I have a lot to look forward to ... I'd love to be filmed at the race looking even better than in my interview clips!
