3 pounds down. Gotta keep up the momentum. Insanity is getting tough with this heat and humidity. I might have to move my workouts to the morning instead of the point in the day when it's the hottest! DUH! I'm really looking forward to next week- RECOVERY! The good news is I won't be jumping around like a nit wit in this heat. The bad news? The week after starts MONTH 2!!! I can't imagine the workouts being any harder, but I am NOT going to kid myself into thinking I'm in any shape for them! It'll be like I'm right back at Square One.
