You are completely right, Katie. If these cookies came out with a peanut butter version they would be an even BIGGER hit! (Although no one would stop me from SLATHERING them in pb!)They are like s'mores, I guess- rich dark chocolate covering a fluffy marshmallow and cookie. It's not a graham cracker and it's not a Nilla Wafer and it's definitely not a cake. They're only carried in the fall and winter months because the chocolate would melt in transit. They were on sale for $1.99, so I picked up 2 boxes. I had to hide them from my son so he wouldn't eat them all, but somebody should have hid them from ME!!! Thank GOD they are too expensive for my liking to consistently purchase. The cheapest they are right now is $2.99, and that's for 18 cookies, mind you!
