It wasn'...I guess it is all how you look at it. It wasn't my best run, but I have two legs that allow me to run. I have the lung capacity and endurance to run. I have the gym membership that affords me the opportunity to use the treadmills and equipment there to stay healthy and fit. These are all things I shouldn't take for granted. I am lucky. So, I had one bad run. I'm able to go back and try again. So many people don't have the that option. When things get hard I go to my mantra "Do it for those who can't."
